How much does it cost to ship?
Standard Shipping is $19.99. Applewood Smoked Box Orders Ship for $14.99. Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States will have an additional shipping charge.
How do you ship?
We ship all orders in an insulated box using dry ice and ice gel packs. Vacuum sealed packages are wrapped securely and placed on top of frozen ice gel packs, dry ice is then placed on top. The dry ice will evaporate in transit and your fish will arrive frozen solid at your doorstep.
Standard: We ship the THIRD WEEK of every MONTH *Orders placed through 11:59pm Thursday, the second week of the current month, are shipped out the third week of the current month, in a specially designed insulated box with dry ice and gel ice packs. Your order will arrive, frozen, on your doorstep. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
Smoked Orders: Orders containing only Wild Alaskan Applewood Smoked Fish boxes are shipped with gel ice packs to arrive ready to consume and refrigerator cold. Ready to eat, refrigerate, or freeze upon delivery, it's up to you.

Holiday Shipping: When available and selected, orders will be held and shipped closest to the holiday in the given season or until the date stated on the product page.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States, the only exception being a few remote areas in Alaska and Hawaii where next-day air shipping is unavailable.
